Production Configuration of the Automotive Injection Moulding Workshop
The workshop covers a full range of high-precision injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 130 tons to 4000 tons, meeting production needs for all sizes—from precision electronic connectors to large interior and exterior structural parts. Each main machine is integrated with a high-precision 6-axis robot for automatic part removal and placement.
The workshop is also equipped with a complete set of auxiliary facilities, including a central material feeding system, high-efficiency dehumidifying dryers, precise mould temperature control systems, and industrial chillers. This ensures every step, from raw material handling to mould temperature control, operates under optimal process conditions, guaranteeing production stability and repeatability.

A Comprehensive Quality Control System Throughout the Automotive Injection Moulding Workshop
We have established real-time quality monitoring points throughout the entire production process. From strict inspection of raw materials before they enter the workshop, to in-process First Article Inspection, online Statistical Process Control (SPC) monitoring, regular patrol inspections, and Last-Off verification—each step has clear responsible personnel and inspection standards. The workshop is equipped with professional inspection equipment such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), vision measuring systems, and colorimeters, ensuring quality is data-driven and visualizable.
Environmental and Efficiency Management in the Automotive Injection Moulding Workshop
We implement strict environmental controls in the production workshop, including constant temperature and humidity control, cleanliness management, and safety production regulations.
