Strategic-Level Raw Material Control

We have established strategic partnerships with world-leading steel mills such as Baosteel and Thyssenkrupp to ensure excellent quality at the material source. All incoming raw materials must pass 12 stringent inspections, including spectral analysis, hardness testing, and ultrasonic flaw detection. A quality record is created for each material, tracing it from the steel mill to the finished mold, laying the foundation for long life and high stability in terms of both physical and chemical properties.

Process:
Digitalization & Statistical Process Control (SPC)

During production, we establish Key Control Points (KCP) for critical processes. First Article Inspection (FAI) is performed after each step. More importantly, we extensively apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods for real-time monitoring and trend analysis of machining dimensions, achieving a shift from “post-process inspection” to “preventive control,” ensuring process stability and precision.

Final Inspection:
Comprehensive Validation Based on Data & Empirical Evidence

Before mold delivery, it must pass three ultimate tests:

1.Full digital dimensional inspection (CMM);

2.Empirical mold trial validation (continuous production of 500 sample parts for dimensional consistency analysis and CpK calculation);

3. Mold action simulation testing. Only when all data and sample parts 100% meet the customer’s technical specification requirements is the mold approved for shipment.
