Mirror-Finish Sinker EDM

Used for machining deep narrow slots, internal corners, and complex textured surfaces that are difficult for CNC, particularly excelling in mirror finishing of molds. Through precise electrodes and discharge control, it can achieve a mirror finish (Ra<0.1μm) directly on mold steel, meeting the requirements of high-gloss, paint-free molds.
