No matter each mold processing or mold precision inspection, we will have strict mold quality control. Take advantage of high tooling equipment, our mold precision has a strong technical support. We have bridge coordinate measuring machine and part able arm coordinate measuring machine from Hexagon which is greatly improve the precision inspection. Based on the high precision machine, our injection part has the best image and reaches customer dimension requirements.
Such like automotive threshold pressure plate mold, we always adopt 718H mold steel; and the perforation hole between plug and threw the installation side, we will adopt 2344 mold steel. With those suitable mold steel, our mold has the better basis. In addition, the processing cycle time about automotive threshold pressure plate mold will cost about 60 days; and normally, the mold runner is designed to side fan edge injection gate. What’s more, the high precision CNC machine work with bridge coordinate measuring machine will ensure the mold processing and slide insert dimension. Except that, we also will arrange a series of test of ageing resistance, anti- seismic test, low temperature test, high temperature test since this is automotive part has very strict requirements. Certainly, except the mold precision inspection, we also need to check the injecting product dimension inspection. Using the special inspection devices, we need to check the mating surface and gap which plays a very important in the precision inspection.
